1、螺杆空压机工作原理：

螺杆空压机主要部件有：空气过滤器，低压转子，中间冷却器，电子马达，高压转子，后冷却器，传动部件，齿轮箱，调节器控制系统，安全阀及消音外壳等。
The main components of the screw air compressor include: air filter, low-pressure rotor, intercooler, electronic motor, high-pressure rotor, aftercooler, transmission components, gearbox, regulator control system, safety valve, silencing shell, etc.

2. Common faults and solutions
2.1空气输出温度过高
2.1 The air output temperature is too high
(1)降低空气输入温度。增加空压机房的通风，在空压机房的房顶加排气罩，用来排除热气，控制室内温度不要过高，特别在炎热的夏季，空压机房的温度不要超过40℃。
(1) Reduce the air input temperature. Increase the ventilation of the air compressor room, and add an exhaust hood on the roof of the air compressor room to remove hot gas. The temperature in the control room should not be too high, especially in hot summer, the temperature in the air compressor room should not exceed 40 ℃.
(2)降低冷却水的输入温度，冬季水温保持在18℃，夏季水温保持在24℃。
(2) Reduce the input temperature of cooling water, and keep the water temperature at 18 ℃ in winter and 24 ℃ in summer.
(3)增加冷却水的流量，经测算，冷却水输入温度和输出温度差l5℃，冷却水流量为3.7升/秒。
(3) Increase the flow of cooling water. According to the calculation, the difference between the input temperature and output temperature of cooling water is 15 ℃, and the flow of cooling water is 3.7 L/s.
(4)清理冷却水中的水垢或脏的沉淀物。在冷却水中加入去垢剂疏通冷却水系统。
(4) Clean the scale or dirty sediment in the cooling water. Add detergent into the cooling water to dredge the cooling water system.
2.2油温过高
2.2 The oil temperature is too high
空压机有油温保护设置，油温超过70℃时关机，造成空压机频繁关机。油温过高的原因是油冷却器失效。由于油冷却器内冷却水管路较细，结垢后不易清理，造成油温降不下来。更换一个油冷却器需2800美元。经过研究，我们拆下油冷却器后，在去造型线  流水槽模具 景观石 检查井钢模具 保定通风管道 重庆窗帘 隔离墩模具 保定保洁公司垢剂中浸泡一天，再用小水泵将带压力的水打入油冷却器中反复冲洗，可将水垢去除。用此方法，我单位空压机没有更换过油冷却器，夏季油温也可控制在60℃以下。
The air compressor has an oil temperature protection setting. When the oil temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the air compressor is shut down frequently. The reason for the high oil temperature is the failure of the oil cooler. As the cooling water pipe in the oil cooler is thin, it is difficult to clean it after scaling, resulting in the failure of oil temperature drop. It costs 2800 dollars to replace an oil cooler. After research, we removed the oil cooler, soaked it in detergent for a day, and then pumped the pressurized water into the oil cooler with a small water pump for repeated flushing to remove the scale. With this method, our air compressor has not replaced the oil cooler, and the oil temperature in summer can also be controlled below 60 ℃
