4.2.1 施工单位、供货单位、监理单位共同验收，并做好进场检验记录。

4.2.2 按设备清单、施工图纸及设备技术资料，核对设备及附件、备件的规格型号是否符合设计图纸要求；核对附件、备件是否齐全；检查产品合格证、技术资料、设备说明书是否齐全。
4.2.2 according to the equipment list, construction drawings and equipment technical data, check whether the specifications and models of the equipment, accessories and spare parts meet the requirements of the design drawings; check whether the accessories and spare parts are complete; check whether the product certificate, technical data and equipment specification are complete.
4.2.3 检查箱、柜（盘）体外观无划痕、无变形、油漆完整无损等；

4.2.4 箱、柜（盘）内部检查：电气装置及元件等规格、型号、品牌是否符合设计要求；

4.2.5 柜、箱内的计量装置必须全部检测，并有法定部门的检测报告。
