配电箱电器故障的原因介绍
1.环境温度对低压电器影响引起的故障

配电箱中的低压电器,由熔断器、交流接触器、剩余电流动作保护器、电容器及计量表等组成。这些低压电器均按GB1497《低压电器基本标准》进行设计和制造,并对它们的正常工作条件作了相应规定:周围空气温度的上限不超过40℃;周围空气温度24h的平均值不超过35℃;周围空气温度的下限不低于-5℃或-25℃。
The low voltage electrical apparatus in the distribution box is composed of fuses, AC contactors, residual current action protectors, capacitors and meters. 农网改造的配电箱在室外运行,它不但受到阳光的直接照射产生高温,同时运行中自身也会产生热量,所以在盛夏高温季节,箱体内的温度将会达到60℃以上,这时的温度大大超过了这些电器规定的环境温度,因而会发生因配电箱内电器元件过热引起的故障。

在农网改造中当时由于需求的配电箱数量大、施工期短,配电箱厂需要有关低压电器的供货时间急且数量多,因而产生了对产品质量的要求不严格的现象,造成了一些产品投入运行后不久就发生故障。如有些型号交流接触器在配电箱投运后不久,就因接触器合闸线圈烧坏,而无法运行。

3.配电箱内电器选择不当引起的故障

由于在制造时对交流接触器容量选择不很恰当,对不同出线回路安装同容量的交流接触器,且未考虑到三相负荷的不平衡情况,而未能将部分出线接触器电流等级在正常选择型号基础上,提高一个电流等级选择,因而导致夏季高温季节运行时出现交流接触器烧坏的情况。
