1：检修时应从变压器低压侧开始。配电柜断电后，清洁柜中灰尘，检查母线及引下线连接是否良好，接头点有无发热变色，检查电缆头、接线桩头是否牢固可靠，检查接地线有无锈蚀，接线桩头是否紧固。所有二次回路接线连接可靠，绝缘符合要求。

2： 检查抽屉式开关时，抽屉式开关柜在推入或拉出时应灵活，机械闭锁可靠。检查抽屉柜上的自动空气开关操作机构是否到位，接线螺丝是否紧固。清除接触器触头表面及四周的污物，检查接触器触头接触是否完好，如触头接触不良，必要时可稍微修锉触头表面，如触头严重烧蚀（触头点磨损至原厚度的1/3）即应更换触头。电源指示仪表、指示灯完好。
2: when checking drawer switches, drawer type switchgear should be flexible when pushing or pulling, and mechanical locking is reliable. Check whether the automatic air switch operating mechanism on the drawer cabinet is in place, and whether the wiring screws are tightened. Remove the contact surface and the dirt around the contact, check whether the contact contact is in good contact, such as bad contact contact. If necessary, the contact surface can be repaired slightly. If the contact is seriously ablated (the contact point is worn to the original thickness of 1/3), the contact should be replaced. The power indicator instrument and the indicator light are in good condition.
3：检修电容柜时，应先断开电容柜总开关，用10mm2以上的一根导线逐个把电容器对地进行放电后，外观检查壳体良好，无渗漏油现象，若电容器外壳膨胀，应及时处理，更换放电装置、控制电路的接线螺丝及接地装置。合闸后进行指示部分及自动补偿部分的调试。
3: when the capacitor cabinet is overhauled, the total switch of the capacitor cabinet should be disconnected first. After the capacitor is discharged to the ground by one of the wires above 10mm2, the appearance of the capacitor should be inspected well, the leakage of the oil is found. If the capacitor housing expands, it should be treated in time, replacing the discharge device, wiring screw and grounding device of the control circuit. After commissioning, the indicator part and the automatic compensation part are debugged.
4：受电柜及联络柜中的断路器检修：先断开所有负荷后，用手柄摇出断路器。重新紧固接线螺丝，检查刀口的弹力是否符合规定。灭弧栅有否破裂或损坏，手动调试机械联锁分合闸是否准确，检查触头接触是否良好，必要时修锉触头表面，检查内部弹簧、垫片、螺丝有无松动、变形和脱落。
4: maintenance of circuit breaker in electric cabinet and contact cabinet: after breaking all loads, use the handle to shake out the circuit breaker. Tighten the wiring screws to check whether the elasticity of the knife meets the requirements. Whether the interrupter has broken or damaged or not, manually debugging the mechanical interlocking reclosing is accurate, check the contact contact is good, repair the contact surface when necessary, check the internal spring, gasket, and screw loose, deformed and shedding.
