低压配电柜养护前一天，应通知用户拟停电的起止时间。将养护所需使用工具和安全工具准备好，办理好工作票手续。由电工组的组长负责指挥，要求全体人员思想一致，分工合作，高效率完成养护工作。

Two

检修时应从变压器低压侧开始。配电柜断电后，清洁柜中灰尘，检查母线及引下线连接是否良好，接头点有无发热变色，检查电缆头、接线桩头是否牢固可靠，检查接地线有无锈蚀，接线桩头是否紧固。所有二次回路接线连接可靠，绝缘符合要求。

The transformer should start from the low voltage side of the transformer. After the power distribution cabinet, dust cleaning cabinet, check the bus and the wire connection is good, the joint point has no fever discoloration, check the cable head, pile head connection is firm and reliable, check the grounding wire has no corrosion, wiring pile head fastening. All the two circuit connections are reliable and the insulation meets the requirements.

Three

检查抽屉式开关时，抽屉式开关柜在推入或拉出时应灵活，机械闭锁可靠。检查抽屉柜上的自动空气开关操作机构是否到位，接线螺丝是否紧固。清除接触器触头表面及四周的污物，检查接触器触头接触是否完好，如触头接触不良，必要时可稍微修锉触头表面，如触头严重烧蚀（触头点磨损至原厚度的1/3）即应更换触头。电源指示仪表、指示灯是否完好。

检修电容柜时，应先断开电容柜总开关，用10mm2以上的一根导线逐个把电容器对地进行放电后，外观检查壳体良好，无渗漏油现象，若电容器外壳膨胀，应及时处理，更换放电装置、控制电路的接线螺丝及接地装置。合闸后进行指示部分及自动补偿部分的调试。

Five

受电柜及联络柜中的断路器检修：先断开所有负荷后，用手柄摇出断路器。重新紧固接线螺丝，检查刀口的弹力是否符合规定。灭弧栅有否破裂或损坏，手动调试机械联锁分合闸是否准确，检查触头接触是否良好，必要时修锉触头表面，检查内部弹簧、垫片、螺丝有无松动、变形和脱落。

Six

检查熔断器的容体和插座是否接触良好，有无烧损。在检查中发现的问题，视其情况进行处理。该段母线上的配电柜检查完毕后，用同样的办法检查另一段。全部养护工作完成后恢复供电，并填写配电柜保养记录。
