1 low voltage power distribution cabinet

（1）定期检查各柜内是否有虫鼠活动的痕迹，定期进行诱杀。

(1) regularly check pest activities of the cabinet traces, regularly killing.

（2）检查各警告牌、检修牌摆放位置是否正确。

(2) check whether the warning cards and maintenance boards are correctly placed.

（3）检查应急工具、灯具是否齐全、正常，摇把及熔断器手柄是否齐全。

(3) inspection tools, emergency lamps are complete, normal, crank and fuse handle is complete.

（4）检查电缆接头有无发热变色（一般都为银色），接地线有无锈蚀（焊接点是否正常）。

(4) check whether the cable connector has heat discoloration (usually silver), whether the grounding wire is corroded or not (whether the welding point is normal).

（5）检查电容柜内的电容器外壳是否良好，有无渗漏、膨胀情况，指示灯是否良好。

(5) check whether the capacitor case in the capacitor cabinet is good, whether there is leakage or expansion, and whether the indicator is good.

（6）检查各电容器外壳接地线接触情况。

(6) check the grounding contact of each capacitor shell.

（7）做好各柜休的保洁除尘工作。

(7) do a good job of cleaning and dust removal in each cabinet.

（8）检查各柜体的风扇工作情况。

(8) inspect the fan working condition of each cabinet.

2一级维护

2 level 1 maintenance

（1）检查母线及其下引线是否牢固。

(1) check whether the bus bar and its lower lead are firm.

（2）检查二次回路接线是否牢固，熔断器是否完好以及绝缘电阻的摇测。

(2) check whether the two circuit connection is firm, whether the fuse is in good condition and the measurement of insulation resistance.

（3）电容柜的检查：断开空气开关不带电容时对电容器控制器进行动作试验，应先合的先断，后合的后断，对过压保护，欠流保护、投切门限值进行调整。

(3) capacitor inspection: action test of capacitor controller disconnect the air switch without capacitance, should first the first break, after the break, the overvoltage protection, under current protection, switching threshold adjustment.

（4）各指示灯应完好，对断路器漏电开关，热继电器，是间及是继电器，多功能表等进行检查调整。

(4) each indicator should be in good condition, check the circuit breaker leakage switch, the thermal relay, and the relay, multi-function table and so on.

（5）检查批示灯是否正常，控制器开关位置是否正常，运行应正常，手动调试机械连锁部分合闸是否可靠。

(5) check whether the indicator lamp is normal, the controller switch position is normal, the operation should be normal, manual debugging, mechanical chain part closing is reliable.

（6）检查各软起动器、变频器的紧固件是否可无松动。

(6) check whether the fasteners of the soft starter and frequency converter can be loosened.
